Aequalend LLC (“Aequalend” or “we” or “us”) understands that your privacy is of paramount importance. Our website offers a chat window. It is answered by Ava, an automated assistant, and a member of our team may read the conversation and join it at any time; when a person joins, their name appears on their messages, together with their NMLS number when they are a licensed loan officer.

What we collect through chat: whatever you type, which may include your name, email address, telephone number and what you are looking for, together with the language you are reading in and the page you are on.

How it is processed: to answer you, the text of the conversation is sent to a third-party artificial intelligence provider that generates Ava's replies. We do not permit that provider to use it to train their models.

How long it is kept: a conversation that does not become an enquiry is deleted automatically within 24 hours. If you press the consent button, the conversation is filed with your enquiry and kept with our other enquiry records.

You do not have to use the chat. You can call or email us instead, and Ava will give you those details at any point if you ask.

When you use our Services, we may collect the following types of information:
